Without a minute of queuing, we entered an interesting archaeological museum, well structured and well divided by sectors. Too bad about some areas undergoing revision. In any case an exciting tour

A must to visit this museum. We went A Day after our trip to Pompei. Also worth going. But in the museum you see many more restored items from accent times. We have to come back, were not able to see everything we wanten to see.
All of the exhibits were amazing. We especially loved the Pompeii exhibits. Very special! Tickets let you into the museum at ease, no wait!
Having visited Pompeii and Herculaneum it was amazing to see the exhibits in the Museo that came from those sites. Ticketing was straightforward with no queues.
There was no wire to cut! A French-speaking guide offered her services and we took an hour-long guided tour.

Pompeii was of interest to us this trip. No bodies but nice collectiion of statuary, household things and secret room. Other sites said the calender was full. Yours let us in and it was not full! Thank you, everything was perfect. D
Hi, I just bought the tickets, I had no problems at the museum. It was a highly recommended visit and I would use the website again. Thank you

Fabulous museum. We had thought we ordered audio guides, but were not available or I messed up the order. Thank you. Our trip to Pompeii today was so much more enjoyable having visited the museum yesterday.
The museum is incredible with a wealth of exhibits, especially on Pompeii. We went to the museum and the next day we went to Pompeii, which was a huge success because we could connect all the dots. It's quite big, I had 2 hours to visit it and it wasn't much. I feel that the ideal time to see it is at least 3 hours.

I'd have to rethink the organization to get my tickets, knowing that I'd already paid on the Internet. I had to wait 45 minutes in line and I don't think that's right. The site is clean and pleasant.

The convenience of not having to take printed tickets with you. The app is very intuitive and easy to choose and pay for.

We were there to see the items from Pompeii. The map was difficult to navigate and find the Pompeii exhibits. We enjoyed the things we saw, but had limited time, and didn't really see all the Pompeii items.
Great artifacts from Pompeii. I did not have time to actually go to Pompeii during my visit, so the museum was a wonderful alternative.
I bought vouchers for tickets for Pompeii online via headout and had already paid, but this does not count as an online ticket at the entrance. So I had to queue up and "collect" my ticket. I don't understand that, it could be made easier.

The pieces on display are truly remarkable. The simple, clear explanations help you understand the key context.

We were a group of friends and we are Si lucky that one of us is arthistorian specialist do we very much enjoied everything we saw and with his knowledge it was even more interesting The ART snd the history in this museum is incredible and we could have spent much more time there. We will come back next time in Naples. Thanks
It was so memorable because we were going to visit Pompeii the next day. We should have really visited the museum afterwards but as our Pompeii tickets were booked for the day after we couldn't do anything about it. However our experience at the museum (one of the party had been before) was fantastic. The exhibits were wonderful. The museum was so clean and well looked after. We also had a drink and something to eat in the cafeteria which was so good and the staff were so nice and couldn't do enough for you. All in all - oh and the shop was fantastic - a top experience. Thank you
Very easy entry and return visit. Very helpful staff at front desk and great coffee and food at the cafe. Beautiful gardens when a break was needed.
It is an absolutely awesome museum and the perfect way to follow up my visit to Pompeii and Herculaneum. It's easy to get to from Sorrento using the express train and metro, and it has a nice cafe for a rest when you're feet can't take any more!
The artifacts from Pompeii were fabulous. There is a lot to see and getting tickets in advance meant no waiting in line on a national holiday.
We did a self guided visit of about 3 hours using a guide book by Rick Steves. The size and condition of the collection is incredible.
The Vesuvian exhibits were fantastic. A must see experience alongside a visit to Pompeii. The museum itself is also a beautiful place to visit with tranquil courtyards.
This museum was recommended by the guide that showed us Herculaneum. I'm not sure if we saw everything, but there were many areas of interest in what we did visit. Some amazing sculptures were the highlight.
Few people there. so we could move around easily. They made me store my large purse, calling it a backpack. I saw other people with backpacks.
Knowing that so many of the Pompeii/Herculaneum artifacts are housed in tge National Archaeological Museum, we decided to visit there the day before our tours to the two sites. We only had a precious 3 hours to visit on our way to our hotel in Salerno- using Headout allowed us to get our tickets in advance for the exact period we needed with no time wasted standing in line. Our guide was waiting for us & did a wonderful job of condensing the tour within our time limits! Highly recommend this service!

The entrances were easy. As for public transport, we opted only for the metro, but the clerk always had to let us in. But I highly recommend it

The experience with Napoli artecard is very good and I fully recommend it. Good communication with the managers of the company and good functioning of the app, always with mobile data of course.

The convenience of having the dematerialized card on your phone is great, but it doesn't work when there's no Internet connection. Which is the case in metro corridors, and it's impossible to take a screenshot. But very interesting for visiting the main museums and getting around without worrying about tickets once you've found the right organization. I recommend

Once the purchase is made, the Card is complicated to unlock. The app is not very intuitive for registration. Despite everything, the people at the tourist office are reactive in the event of a problem. The card works well in museums, but the code is not read by the machines in public transport. As a result, you always have to ask the local ticket inspector to let you through, which he always does willingly. Useful if you're sure you want to visit a few museums.

Savings, good service even when the bar code didn't read well on the various machines Only downside: constantly having to reconnect

We only used it for the museums and it was perfect. I had a problem activating it but they solved it right away.

the exhibitions and sights were marvellous beautifully displayed and of the highest quality. it was difficut to find out which sites were able to be accessed for free once we got our artecard. i woud suggest the artecard logo is displayed more prominantly on the sites

Easy to use and good value for site entry and getting around. Got on train from Sorrento to Herculaneum not knowing it only stopped a few times a day. Went through to Naples and easily caught the train to Herculaneum without extra cost or trouble. 😂
Great once I got the cards but there was a problem getting them activated (technical at Artecarc!) , I had to email several times and eventually telephone a couple of times, quite stressful on holiday!
I am basically an IT dinosaur and did not find the experience of using the Artecard easy, especially as the signal to my phone when we were in Italy was, at best, problematical. However Headout staff were most helpful when I contacted them.
Cost saving was the best thing. Using the card for travel was confusing, since you couldn't scan anything, but they would usually let you in for free if you mentioned the card. Head out was ok, helpful with setting up the app.

It is a stunning palace 🤩 . Rooms full of fine woods, brocades, paintings, vases, consoles, and so much more, and then windows and stained glass overlooking hanging gardens overlooking the gulf. Worth a visit.

The fact of no queues in a month like this and with excruciating heat in my opinion is very important. No problems at ticket control everything worked great thank you very much 😘

A huge insight into the life of the people in the palace. Well laid out and clearly arranged. Not too big crowds. One of the most beautiful palaces I have ever seen. The only criticism is the building site at the entrance to the staircase. It would also be admirable to experience the terrace, as it certainly offers a wonderful view.

It was stunning & we loved Naples. We went to Florence & Rome before Naples where we had a horrible time. Those 2 cities are overwhelmed with tourists, long lines & police that take advantage of tourists. Naples & Sicily were relaxing, beautiful & very nice people.
We ahd no delay on May 10th but our ticket was for May 8 and we were very disappointed when we arrived to find that the Palace was closed and no signs were erected to alert us.
Very interesting to visit, the palace possesses fine details and furnishings. Very convenient reservation that allows direct entry.

The exact entrance to the interior of the Palace was a bit confusing because there was no one there, once I spotted through the window where the Christmas tree could be viewed some people I asked and then I was able to go inside. The Palace is lovely, it would be better if it had a shop and a book on the Palace. More interesting cards for the statues and paintings.
Definitely a wonderful place. The furniture, paintings and furnishings on display are perfectly preserved and well usable.
